Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery if the book arrived damaged, is the wrong title, or has missing/torn pages. Returns for change of mind or an accidental order aren't accepted, so please double-check the title, author, and edition before ordering.
How to Request a Return
Log into your account → open "Your Orders" → select the relevant order (only available once it's marked "Delivered") → submit a return request with a reason. We'll review it and follow up with next steps.
Refunds
Once a return is approved and the book is received back, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. Online payments are refunded to the original payment method; Cash on Delivery orders are refunded via bank transfer or UPI.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong or a damaged book and would prefer a replacement instead of a refund, mention that in your return request.
